Sleep paralysis

It happened to me again this morning. I thought I had awoken but could not move my body at all.
I think I was actually still asleep but the power of my mind had done everything correct to make
me believe I was awake. It took all my mental strength to awaken properly.

In the paralysis I knew something was there, I couldn't wake until "it" had gone.
It could of been aliens it could of been a djinn or spirit. It could of been nothing.

The moments between being totally paralysed and actually waking were a form of hell.
It was absolute terror but I didnt get scared because I never gave up.

Maybe I had astral projected in my sleep, maybe I was my ghost trying to re enter my body.
I don't know, all I know is that it happens once in a blue moon and is absolutely terrifying.

This is what it feels like to be dead. About 3 minutes of pure concentration to get back "in"
then I awoke, I moved my body then got out of bed and went to the bathroom to urinate.

Urinating was heavenly because I was alive and well.I am now totally in control again Mission complete.
